Food – The Mind-Body Connection (pt 1)

What you put in your body determines how you will look and feel. When you eat a balanced diet, it shows: You have more energy, your skin has a natural glow, your hair looks healthier, and overall you feel good about yourself.

The key to a healthy lifestyle is moderation.  Eating fries or ice cream once a while is fine, but overdoing it mostly will raise your sugar level or even cholesterol.  You feel sluggish and cause you to gain weight.

Remember that the food you eat today will affect how you feel tomorrow.
